A fitness studio where the personal touch is free of charge. Being a member at Intelligent Femme Fitness means we know your name not your membership number. We have a variety of equipment to work every muscle of your body in the fully air conditioned studio without the intimidating atmosphere of some larger gyms!
There is something for everyone at Intelligent Femme Fitness and our fitness team will give you a full induction on all the equipment, and a health check before you start followed by our continued support and motivation throughout your fitness goals!

​MEMBERSHIP
Our membership allows you to come to the studio as often as you like to exercise with hydraulic resistance equipment and a selection of functional training equipment, all supervised by a team of motivating Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
Hydraulic resistance machines provide a safe muscle based workout without the need to change weights, which reduces the risk of injury and ensures that the machines are suitable for all fitness levels.
Functional Training equipment can add variety to your workout and can help to target core muscle use whilst increasing function based fitness!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Work with a fully qualified Personal Trainer who can keep you focused and push you to achieve your goals! Short on Time? Let our trainers push you hard and be surprised by what you can acheive in just 30 minutes!
We provide a variety of Personal Training options for all budgets incl. 60 minute one 2 one PT, 30 minute one 2 one PT, 60 minute Partner PT and 30 minute Partner PT!
During your Personal Training session the focus is soley on you and is booked at date and time suitable for you!
(All qualifications and certificates can be provided on request for each Personal Trainer)

PERSONALISED PLANS
Are you bored of going to a gym and just doing the same old thing over and over again and feel like you aren't getting the results you want?
If so...... We can provide you with a 30 day meal plan or 30 day exercise plan that is personalised for you and your goals. Our fitness team will talk you through your personalised programmes and explain each element to you and then provide you with on going support and motivation!
30 Day Meal Plan - We will provide you with a meal plan based on specific calorific and Macro nutrient requirements.
30 Day Exercise Plan - We will provide you with specific exercises in a detailed plan to help you achieve the results that you desire!
