CLASSES
New Classes coming soon.

We are excited to be introducing new Classes and Group Training Sessions that will commence in September/October.
​
These classes will vary from Boxercise, Legs Bums & Tums, Hiit Training and many more. There will also be varying levels so that you can enjoy a class no matter what your current fitness level.
Please look out for the new schedule to come and registration forms at the Studio. There will be limited spaces available for each class so please ensure you register quickly to avoid disapointment.
